2020 Market Update

If you’d like a transcript of the above video, check this link!

Hello everyone,

Happy New Year! With 2019 over, we’re entering the new decade that is 2020, and with it comes a whole new year of adventures. Remember to take it easy, and not let the little things stress you out as you tackle your endeavors, whatever those may be.

To help with that, this month I’ve put together a video to help give you an idea of what my predictions are for the world of Real Estate in the coming year. Many people are concerned about the state of the market, but there’s nothing to be afraid of – especially if you have someone who can help you navigate the market. There’s a lot of misinformation out there in today’s day and age, so I thought I’d take the time to make sure everyone has the facts before going into the market.

If you or anyone you know needs help, or are interested in buying, selling, or renting a property, please give me a call. I’m always happy to give you a hand in the world of Real Estate.

Take care of yourselves, and may this be an even better year than the last.

Getting Ready to Move in 2019?

Hello again,

Spring has traditionally been one of the busiest times of year for the property market. The winter thaw not only prompts flowers and trees to blossom, it also brings buyers out of the woodwork in search of a new home. Buyers have the advantage of looking at a property when it’s at its best and the weather is most cooperative.

Information that buyers and sellers should keep in mind if they’re thinking of getting into the market are included here. Page one focuses on five tips for buyers who are looking to buy a home of their own or upgrade to a home that better fits their needs. Page two offers tips for sellers who are thinking of putting their homes on the market. The second link offers tips to help make moving a breeze.

If you’re thinking of buying or selling, please contact me for more information about our local market and the real estate process. And, if you know anyone who is in the market to buy or sell, share this information with them to help them get started. Remember, I’m never too busy for your referrals and would be happy to discuss their options with them.

Increase Your Home’s Curb Appeal

Maintaining your home’s curb appeal has never been more important than now because many homebuyers begin their home search online. After all, once potential buyers see a home they like online, they’re more likely to schedule a showing or drive by the property to see the home in person.

This month, this information is intended to help you improve your home’s curb appeal, including eight tips designed to make the home’s exterior and landscape appear more attractive to potential buyers. Access here: CURB APPEAL

Not thinking of selling right now? These tips will also help you maintain your biggest investment—your home—and make it the pride of your neighborhood, until the day you decide to list.

If you’re thinking of listing your home this spring, give me a call! Even if you’re not thinking of listing now, I can offer tips to help you improve your home’s value and connect you with reputable service professionals in my network who can help.

Get the Scoop on the Selling Process

Are you thinking of listing your home? For many people, especially first-time sellers, the selling process may seem intimidating because they’re not sure what to expect. A sure way to ease any anxiety you may feel is to learn more about the process.

This month, the information I’m discussing provides an outline of what to expect during the selling process. From getting your home ready for its market debut to handling offers and the closing process, this piece helps you understand what may happen and offers tips to get your home ready. While the specifics of your sale may be different, the steps listed consistently occur in the majority of transactions.
