If you’d like a transcript of the above video, check this link!

Hello everyone,

Happy New Year! With 2019 over, we’re entering the new decade that is 2020, and with it comes a whole new year of adventures. Remember to take it easy, and not let the little things stress you out as you tackle your endeavors, whatever those may be.

To help with that, this month I’ve put together a video to help give you an idea of what my predictions are for the world of Real Estate in the coming year. Many people are concerned about the state of the market, but there’s nothing to be afraid of – especially if you have someone who can help you navigate the market. There’s a lot of misinformation out there in today’s day and age, so I thought I’d take the time to make sure everyone has the facts before going into the market.

If you or anyone you know needs help, or are interested in buying, selling, or renting a property, please give me a call. I’m always happy to give you a hand in the world of Real Estate.

Take care of yourselves, and may this be an even better year than the last.

Getting Ready to Move in 2019?

Hello again,

Spring has traditionally been one of the busiest times of year for the property market. The winter thaw not only prompts flowers and trees to blossom, it also brings buyers out of the woodwork in search of a new home. Buyers have the advantage of looking at a property when it’s at its best and the weather is most cooperative.

Information that buyers and sellers should keep in mind if they’re thinking of getting into the market are included here. Page one focuses on five tips for buyers who are looking to buy a home of their own or upgrade to a home that better fits their needs. Page two offers tips for sellers who are thinking of putting their homes on the market. The second link offers tips to help make moving a breeze.

4 Factors to Consider Before Your Next Home Search

“More than half of recent homebuyers said the hardest part of the buying process was finding the right home to purchase. * Since a home is the largest purchase most of us will make, it is easy to become wrapped up in finding the perfect place that meets all of our wants and needs. We overwhelm ourselves by focusing on checking off the boxes that will result in our ideal home. That’s a lot of pressure!”

This month, I’m discussing information intended to take the stress out of finding the right home. Before you begin your search, there are four things to consider—price range, features, location and lifestyle. These four factors will help you focus your search on homes that meet your needs, allowing you to make the best decision for your family and for your wallet.
